In this picture the wood you see has been powered washed and sanded. It is still very weathered and needs replacing. Because we only used 1 coat of very cheap primer about 10 years ago. The paint peeled and caused massive water damage and aged this wood drastically. The most important lesson in this was never use cheap paint or primer. We are now using 100 percent acrylic latex primer and preimum paint.
